You have the option to enroll in vision coverage as a new hire, during Annual Enrollment, or if you have a qualifying life event. Review the 2025 Benefits Guide to see your paycheck deductions. To enroll, log in to the Paychex Enrollment Portal website.

Find a network provider
You may choose to see any in- or out-of-network provider you’d like, but you’ll generally pay less when you stay in network. Visit the Delta Vision of Iowa website to find an in-network vision care provider near you. The Delta Vision of Iowa plan uses the EyeMed provider network.
